WWe are delighted to provide a brief review of our experiences with Carolina.

Everything they said when we interviewed them they delivered. The Villa was sold at exactly the price they recommended. They said they had clients who they said would be interested in our Villa and within days of appointing them, as the exclusive Agent, they had some clients inspect. Indeed our Villa was sold within 2 weeks of appointing them.

We were particularly impressed by their efforts to really understand our property. This meant that they were extremely well prepared when it came to selling our Villa. Our Villa, of course, "sold" itself but their knowledge of the area, our Villa, neighbours, walking treks in the area etc definitely complemented the obvious selling features of our Villa.

Also most impressive was their after-sale service. We live abroad so there were a number of "loose ends" we needed their assistance on, including arranging the shipment of some of our goods home.

We would like to particularly commend Carolina. Her professionalism, ability to manage people, commitment to servicing us (bearing in mind "time differences" as part of time we were back home) and organisational skills were outstanding. It made the process of selling and relocation so much easier. It was a pleasure to deal with Carolina.

On the basis of our experience we have no hesitation in recommending them.
